Important Notice: Party Cancellation Due to Weather!
Dear Friends -
Out of an abundance of caution, and due to the Severe Winter Storm Warning from the National Weather Service for Saturday evening, we have decided to cancel our party planned for Saturday, January 24th, 2026.
With heavy snow and extreme cold expected, your safety is our top priority. We hope you understand and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We look forward to seeing you all soon!
Stay warm and safe.

The Vibe: Come in from the cold. We are retreating indoors to the warmth of Dale’s beautiful home for a night of radical comfort. It may be chilly out there, but our Intentionally Welcoming atmosphere ensures you’ll feel safe, settled, and at home the moment you walk through the door.
If you’re new, don’t worry—our volunteers are ready to help you shed your coat and find your warm place in our community.
The Crowd & Theme: We expect a full house of friendly faces looking for sanctuary. Tonight’s theme is The Winter Sanctuary, so wrap yourself in your favorite Cozy Scarf—it’s like a hug you can wear. The dress code is Upscale but Casual; think soft knits, layers, and winter textures that keep you warm while you mingle.
The Spread: We’re fueling the conversation with a comforting spread of heavy appetizers and those famous Costco favorites. Dig into the warm Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip, grab a handful of Pita Chips or Wheat Thins, and enjoy the Premium Cheeses and Gourmet Cookies. As always, the entry fee is simple: bring a $15 bottle-of-wine pitch-in to share at the bar.
The Mission: This is your chance to socialize with intention. We partner with our hosts to create a space where you can network deeply, moving beyond small talk to a real connection. It’s about finding warmth in community and remembering that we are stronger when we gather together.
Community Matters Speaker: Tonight, we learn about the evolving landscape of our community from a true leader. We are honored to welcome Jenni White, Executive Director of Trinity Haven, for a brief, 15-minute talk.
A Modern Fundraiser: We Give Back to ensure that LGBTQ+ youth in our city have the same safety and shelter we are enjoying tonight. Your ticket donation goes directly to Trinity Haven, providing affirming housing for those who need it most. There is no fundraising at the party itself. 🏳️🌈✨
Our Heartfelt Thanks: An event of this scale is only possible thanks to the dedication of our incredible team. We are fueled by the energy of nearly 40 volunteers who bring our mission to life. To everyone who gave their time and talent to make this event a success: Thank you.
