What kind of events do you host, and where are they held?

We offer a variety of events throughout Indianapolis, including wine tastings, social mixers, and volunteering opportunities. Check our Events page for the latest locations and details.

How do I find out about events?

Are your events ticketed?

Yes! Your ticket supports our events and our mission of supporting local LGBTQ+ charities.

Absolutely! We create a comfortable atmosphere with easy introductions and a friendly crowd.

What's the age requirement?

You must be 21 or older to attend.

What are my responsibilities as a guest?

Please drink responsibly, follow the law, and be respectful of others, the venue, and our organizers.

What's the code of conduct?

Respect is key! Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Are there any prohibited items?

Yes. Please leave smoking materials, drugs, weapons, and pets.

What if I get hurt?

By attending, you understand inherent risks and agree not to hold Diversity Wine Club, volunteers, hosts, or anyone else liable.

What happens if I violate the Terms?

Diversity Wine Club reserves the right to remove you from an event or ban you from future events.

Might my photo be used for promotion?

Yes, by attending our events, you consent to your image potentially being used in photos or videos for promotional purposes.

Can I choose not to be photographed?

Absolutely! If you prefer not to have your picture taken, please let our event photographer know, and they will do their best to honor your request.

How can I volunteer?

We'd love your help! Please fill out our volunteer form on our Volunteers page, and we'll contact you.

Do I need special skills to volunteer?

Not at all! We welcome all skills and backgrounds. Enthusiasm and support for our values matter most.

What types of volunteer roles are available?

We need help with everything from event planning and setup to social media, photography, and welcoming guests.

Absolutely! We have roles for tech-savvy folks, writers, organizers, and more.

What are my primary responsibilities as a host?

Provide a clean, welcoming space, ensure ample parking (let us know of special instructions), and provide ice and non-alcoholic drinks.

No, our events are potluck-style! Guests bring wine, and you'll choose a food theme (let us know a month in advance).

How many people will attend?

We cap attendance, and guests must purchase tickets. You'll know the expected headcount.

What does Diversity Wine Club provide?

We'll bring all the basics (plates, glasses, etc.), and volunteers will help.
