Objective: Prepare your equipment and coordinate with the team to ensure every key moment is captured.
Your Monthly Confirm Event Roster Email
30 Days Prior: Watch for your reminder confirmation email.
Action Required: Within 72 hours of receiving the email, please confirm your spot via the Confirm Event Roster.
Event Day Expectations
Latest Arrival (45 Min After Start): Arriving at this time puts you front and center in the heart of the Event, when the room is full of life.
Earliest Departure (90 Min Before End): Please stay through the Community Matters Speaker, which starts 1 hour into the Event and lasts about 15 minutes.
Stay & Enjoy the Party: Once the rush is over, your job is to relax and connect with the community!
3 Days After The Event: Upload your favorite shots and short videos to our Media Repository so we can share the magic with everyone.
During Event
Objective: Execute the shot list and capture vibrant, share-worthy moments that guests will be excited to post and remember.
After Event
Objective: Finalize the digital hand-off and ensure all shareable highlights are uploaded for the community to enjoy.
