Before Event

Objective: Set up the check-in station and arrange the food presentation to ensure a professional, welcoming environment for guest arrival.

Monthly Event Helper Roster Confirmation

  • 30 Days Prior: Watch for your reminder confirmation email.

  • Action Required: Please complete the Event Helpers Roster Confirmation within 72 hours of receiving the reminder email to secure your spot on the Roster.

Event Day Expectations

  • Arrival (60 Min Before Start): Handle final setup to ensure a smooth opening for our guests.

  • Departure (45 Min After Start): Complete the check-in and ticket sales at the door.

  • Stay & Enjoy the Party: Once the rush is over, your job is to relax and connect with the community!

During Event

Objective: Provide a warm welcome, manage guest check-ins and sales efficiently, and maintain a high-quality food and drink presentation throughout the event.

After Event

Objective: Your formal responsibilities are complete; feel free to depart or offer optional assistance to the team with the final venue restoration.
