As a gracious Host for a Diversity Wine Club Event, we are thrilled to invite you to share this experience with your network. Please extend a personal invitation to your:

  • Friends & Neighbors

  • Business Associates

  • Employees

Everyone is welcome in this inclusive environment!

Guest Attendance & Tickets

Attendance for all guests is strictly by ticket only.

  1. Guest Tickets: Direct your guests to www.DiversityWine.Club/events to secure their spot.

  2. Host Benefit: As our valued host, you will receive a Promo Code redeemable for up to 10 free General Admission tickets for the event you are hosting.

Important Note on Capacity

Diversity Wine Club events are limited to the total number of guests based on the capacity of your home. Once we reach this threshold, we create a waiting list for all additional guests.

🏠 Host Contributions

Your essential contributions set the stage for an unforgettable gathering. By providing these simple items, you ensure that your guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience, fostering the open dialogue we value.

Please make sure you can provide the following:

  • Firm Commitment: A solid commitment to the dates and times you agree to. We schedule events well in advance, and guests make plans accordingly.

  • The Venue: A welcoming, clean, and well-organized home or condo, including sufficient parking options for guests.

  • The Finishing Touch is Ice: Two large ice bags will keep white wines and bottled water perfectly chilled throughout the event.

Your generosity and commitment create the comfortable and inclusive environment central to the Diversity Wine Club's mission. Thank you for making these meaningful connections possible!

🥂 Guest Contributions

To keep our "library of pours" and flavors diverse, we ask every guest to contribute ONE of the following to share:

  • A $15 bottle of wine (Traditional or NA).

  • A premium craft beverage (Botanical elixirs, craft sodas, or sparkling ciders).

  • A signature homemade dish (for the chefs out there).

  • A $10 charity donation at the door if you arrive empty-handed.

🎁 DWC Contributions

The DWC handles the key logistics to ensure your event is stress-free and successful.

Food & Supplies Delivery

We provide all the necessary amenities so you don't have to worry about shopping.

  • Upscale Food & Water: DWC supplies and delivers upscale food and bottled water directly to your home before the event. As an option, the host may elect to provide food (for all the chefs).

  • Essential Supplies: We provide all necessary service items, including wine glasses, forks, plates, paper napkins, name tags, and ice buckets.

Meet Your Volunteer Team

The Diversity Wine Club provides dedicated staff to ensure your event runs smoothly and professionally. Volunteers will arrive at your home about one hour before the event starts.

  • Founder & Organizer (Bob Day): As the visionary and "connector-in-chief," he defines the event's purpose.

  • Host(s): The "heartbeat" who ensures guests feel seen and the atmosphere remains warm.

  • Community Matters Speaker: The "voice of advocacy" who provides the intellectual and emotional depth of the event.

  • Charity Partner: The external mission-driven collaborator who anchors the "Community Matters" part of our mission statement.

  • Event Manager: The "steady hand" ensuring the high-impact experience runs smoothly behind the scenes.

  • Check-In Lead | Greeter: The frontline team that creates the very first impression for every guest.

  • Photographer: Responsible for capturing the impact and "story" of the event for the future.

  • Supplies Lead: The logistical foundation that ensures the gourmet spread and refreshments are ready.

🚫 Not Provided

The Diversity Wine Club cannot provide the following items and services, nor do we provide any reimbursements. We ask that hosts plan accordingly:

  • Rental Fees: We do not offer the host a rental fee for their venue.

  • Host Expense Reimbursement: We do not offer reimbursement for any host expenses (e.g., parking fees, personal decor, etc.).

  • Cleaning Service: We do not provide a cleaning service for your home.

  • Staffing: We do not provide a dedicated server or bartender for the event.

  • Portable Restrooms: We do not provide Outdoor portable toilets (porta-potties). Guests will use the restroom facilities within the host's home.
