A Note from Bob Day
Since founding the Diversity Wine Club in 2018, our Mission Statement has never actually mentioned the word "wine." Honestly, we could be the Diversity Water Club and the mission would remain exactly the same.
To us, wine is simply the catalyst—a way to bring strangers into a room so they can leave as best friends. Whether you are a wine connoisseur or a non-drinker, you are welcome here. Our focus is entirely on the human experience, built upon our five core pillars.
Connect
First and foremost, we are a social club. DWC is a vibrant community where friendships are forged and genuine connections are fostered. We believe that meeting new people should feel natural, easy, and above all, welcoming.
Belong
We are at our best when everyone has a seat at the table. DWC is a space where you can be your authentic self, find your tribe, and feel a true sense of home. It is about more than just attending an event; it is about knowing you finally belong.

Community Matters
Learn: We grow stronger through shared knowledge. Each event features a 15-minute session with a local LGBTQ+ leader to keep us informed about the issues in our community.
Give Back: Our impact is purpose-driven and "No-Pressure." Every event benefits a specific charity, but we leave the checkbooks at home. Your ticket is your donation, allowing you to focus entirely on connection, knowing the vital work is already done.
