Before Event
Objective: Confirm that the venue, the partners, and the volunteer team are fully prepared for guest arrival.
Your Monthly Confirm Event Roster Email
30 Days Prior: Watch for your reminder email, sent only when you’re volunteering.
Action Required: Within 72 hours of receiving the email, please confirm your spot via the Confirm Event Roster.
Event Day Expectations
Arrival (60 Min Before Start): Assist the Check-In Lead with final setup to ensure a smooth opening.
Announcements & Community Matters Speaker (60 Min After Start): Deliver announcements and introduce the 15-minute Community Matters Speaker.
Departure (60 Min After End): Lead the team through a thorough cleanup and professional restoration of the venue.
Enjoy the Party: Once the rush is over, your job is to relax and connect with the community!
