The Harvest Harmony for LGBTQ+ and Friends
The Harvest Harmony
Founded in 2018 • 14,387 Opt-In Members of the LGBTQ+ Community
The Vibe
Gather ‘round. We’re traveling to Fishers (46037) for a sophisticated evening under the autumn stars with Kelvin K. and Jason F. It’s an Indoor/Outdoor/Patio event, so we’ll be cozying up by the fire pits. Our Intentionally Welcoming atmosphere is warm and acoustic, inviting you to add your voice to the conversation.
The Crowd & Theme
Join us for The Harvest Harmony. Embrace the season and the setting with A Pop of Plaid or Flannel. Elevate it—think stylish scarves or tailored shirts that look great by firelight. The dress code is "Bonfire Chic." It might be crisp, but the company will be warm.
The Spread
We’ve got a hearty menu of Costco favorites to keep the chill away. Dig into warm Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip with Artisan Rolls, savory Premium Cheeses, and satisfying RITZ Crackers. It’s comfort food at its finest.
The Pour
The pitch-in is the only thing you need to bring! Since the club provides the full food spread, we ask everyone bring a $15 bottle of wine or a premium non-alcoholic drink to share. Non-drinkers are welcome too!
The Mission
Come socialize and celebrate the arts. We partner with the Indianapolis Women's Chorus to support the power of voice. Network with fellow patrons who believe in culture and community.
Take a peek at our extremely short Mission Statement to see how we make every voice count.
COMMUNITY MATTERS
The Diversity Wine Club is more than just a social gathering. It is a space where we grow together. We are honored to welcome Megan Johnson to our Community Matters Speaker Series. You will have fifteen minutes to learn about the power of song from a leader dedicated to amplifying diverse voices in our city.
WE GIVE BACK to support the Indianapolis Women's Chorus (IWC). Your presence ensures that the arts continue to flourish and that music remains accessible to everyone across Indy. Proceeds from this Event benefit our Charity Partnership with IWC. Your attendance helps keep the music playing!
Our Heartfelt Thanks
An event of this scale is only possible thanks to the dedication of our incredible team. We are fueled by the energy of nearly 40 volunteers who bring our mission to life. To everyone who gave their time and talent to make this specific event a success: Thank you.
SHAMROCKS & SHIRAZ for LGBTQ+ and Friends
SHAMROCKS & SHIRAZ: AN EXCLUSIVE ST. PATRICK’S CELEBRATION
LGBTQ+ and Friends • Exclusive • Invitation-Only • Purpose-Driven
Founded in 2018 • 14,387 Local Opt-In Members of the LGBTQ+ Community
THE VIBE: CONNECT & BELONG
You don’t need the luck of the Irish to find your place here! We’re celebrating St. Patrick’s Day gathered indoors at the lovely home of Helen B. and Julia M. in the 46256 area. The atmosphere will be charming, high-energy, and Intentionally Welcoming.
Meet Your Legendary Hosts: Helen and Julia are a true "Wine Club Success Story"—this powerhouse couple actually met through the wine club in October 2020! As the only female hosts on our current circuit, they have hosted an annual celebration for us every year since 2021. They are the reigning champions of the "Latest Party Ever," featuring a 2:00 AM marathon of the game Monikers, and a "Second-Longest Night" involving a 1:00 AM music-fueled celebration. While we can't promise the late nights will return, the high-energy connection is guaranteed.
The "Can’t-Miss" Ticket: This has become the must-attend party for our queer community. Because we are gathered in a private home, space is strictly limited to ensure an authentic connection. Due to the venue's private nature, a sell-out is expected.
Hassle-Free Access: We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to get out of the house and into the celebration! The venue is easy to find and features PLENTY OF EASY PARKING directly at the home. Whether you’re a long-time member or a first-timer, simply follow the laughter and you'll fit right in.
THEME & THREADS: DRESS TO CONNECT
It’s time to go green or go home! We’re gathering the community for a sea of emerald green, so please wear your best green or a full St. Patrick’s outfit. Whether it’s a subtle shamrock lapel pin or a bold green blazer, let your style shine. The dress code is Upscale but Casual - show us your most creative "lucky" look!
The Luck of the Early Bird
The Reward: The first 50 guests who arrive in their Lucky Look will receive a piece of Shamrock Gold - a premium St. Patrick’s chocolate to kick off the festivities! Claim your sweet reward and help us set the tone for the evening.
The Style Rescue Gag: Forget your green? Our Style Rescue Team will be at the door with a hilarious gag gift (like a neon green tutu) to ensure you are Green-in-Spirit and part of the community sea of emerald for the rest of the night.
The Lucky Look Showdown: Bring your A-game for some serious bragging rights! During the evening, we will host a live winner-by-applause contest to crown the most festive guest in the room. Will you be the one to claim the community’s roar?
THE PAIRING: ARTISAN EATS & YOUR FAVORITE POUR
Our flavor ensemble is the gold standard of club favorites—and the rule of thumb is simple: If Costco sells it, it will be there! We are orchestrating a massive spread designed to keep the party high-energy and your palate satisfied.
The "Pot of Gold" Spread Includes:
Chilled Delights: Chilled Shrimp Cocktail, Formaggio Artisan Wraps, and a Fresh Cut Fruit Bowl to "taste the rainbow".
The Main Stage: Our signature Rotisserie Chicken Salad, Roasted Chicken Rollers, and Artisan Rolls.
The Dip & Crunch Station: Spinach, Artichoke & Parmesan Dip and Roasted Pine Nut Hummus served with an array of Pita Chips, Bagel Chips, Grain Crackers, Triscuits, Wheat Thins, and RITZ.
Garden Fresh: Mini Peppers, Cocktail Cucumbers, and Premium Gouda Cheeses.
The Sweet Finish: A decadent selection of Gourmet Cookies.
Join the Ritual: The pitch-in is all you need to bring! Since the club provides this full, premium food spread and chilled Ice Mountain Spring Water, we ask that every guest bring a $15 bottle of wine or a premium non-alcoholic drink to share. This community contribution creates a massive, diverse "library of pours" for everyone to enjoy.
COMMUNITY MATTERS: 15 MINUTES OF INSIGHT
The Diversity Wine Club is more than just a party; it is a space where we grow together. We are incredibly honored to welcome Marty Miles, the Board Chair of the Indianapolis Women's Chorus, to our Community Matters Speaker Series.
Marty brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for community building. During this fifteen-minute session, she will share insights into how they use their platform to foster inclusion and amplify diverse stories.
WE GIVE BACK: PURPOSE-DRIVEN IMPACT
In today’s climate, the arts are facing unprecedented funding challenges, and the organizations that give our community a voice are often the first to feel the pressure. The Diversity Wine Club is more than a social circle; we are a support system.
The "No-Pressure" Promise: Leave your checkbook at home! We believe in purpose-driven impact without the "pitch." Absolutely no fundraising is allowed at the party. We want you to focus entirely on the music and the movement. Your $10 ticket is your donation—once you’re through the door, your only job is to Connect & Belong.
Your attendance is the engine of change:
Direct Financial Power: Your ticket helps support our Charity Partner, the Indianapolis Women's Chorus (IWC). This simple act helps bridge the funding gap, ensuring their mission stays solvent and their music stays loud.
Sustaining the Soul of Indy: You are ensuring that Indianapolis remains a vibrant, inclusive, and melodic home for everyone.
Don't just join a party—join a movement to keep the music playing. Your presence is the most powerful "luck" the IWC could ask for.
POWERED BY THE COMMUNITY: THRIVING SPONSORS & HEARTFELT THANKS
